Guyer Garden features a circular pitted conversation area defined by a sitting
wall tucked in and among the natural boulders The sunken area will gives the
feeling of seclusion and provides a natural connection with the creek.
Natural
shrubs and plantings around the conversation area serve as an
environmental barrier and a visual screen. Perhaps one day we'll have a small labyrinth or other design to aid in meditation and stillness.
The bridge across Beaver Creek connects
the parking lot with paths leading into the garden and conversation area. This creek crossing increases the use of
city parking and serves as another link in the Nederland foot path.
